Although we are spread across Germany and Switzerland, we attach great importance to a strong sense of community. With varied events and shared experiences, we create space to grow together, exchange ideas and strengthen our community.
Voluntary team events
Escape rooms, karting or small film projects - our events team comes up with new creative ideas every year to bring us together at our summer, family and Christmas parties. In addition, we offer local events for our teams at the respective customer sites, such as joint breakfasts or end-of-year events. These get-togethers offer the perfect opportunity to get to know colleagues better and to establish personal contacts across teams.
Our workshops: Learn and celebrate
Twice a year, we meet with the entire team for workshops lasting several days, where work and fun go hand in hand. We use our workshops to discover new technologies together, organize hackdays or even talk about non-technical topics that are neglected in everyday working life. The program is rounded off with relaxed evenings where we celebrate together and have a good time.
Community is more than just a word for us. It is the key to our success and what makes in-factory so special.
