Appreciation Day: A day for gratitude
We organize our in-factory Appreciation Day every year. On this special day, we consciously take time to express our gratitude and appreciation - for colleagues, for good cooperation and for the many little things that are often overlooked in everyday life. Our management also takes the opportunity to thank the team for their commitment and celebrate our joint success.
But it doesn't stop at one day: we show appreciation all year round - be it through flexibility in working hours and location, modern equipment or a sympathetic ear at all levels. At the same time, we actively support our employees in their development through individual training opportunities and by taking on exciting projects.
