Regular formats such as our annual sustainability survey and the Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) offer everyone the opportunity to get actively involved and help shape the company's development. During the QBRs, the management provides a transparent overview of the current project situation on a quarterly basis and shares important news with the entire team. Any questions can be asked in the subsequent Q&A, which strengthens open dialog and mutual understanding.
