Girls' Day: Programming made easy
Every year, we invite schoolgirls to our office for an exciting day to introduce them to the world of IT. In interactive workshops, they learn the basics of programming and can gain their first experience in a fun way. Inspiring role models from our team share their stories and show how diverse and exciting careers in IT can be.
Creative ideas are not neglected either: our office has already been visited by a "programmable" unicorn, which the participants were able to control with precise instructions - an entertaining highlight that makes the logic behind programming tangible.
Whether in the office or at events such as Girls' Day, we want to raise awareness that everyone is welcome at in-factory!
